I went into Head Office yesterday to swop my faulty soda stream machine. Betty assisted me and I could not have asked for better service. She was friendly, knowledgable and professional. I highly recommend her service. Keep up the good work Betty. Soda stream is very lucky to have you in their team.

The team in Paya Lebar were very helpful and accommodating when I went to their premises for support. They changed out our faulty product instantly and were efficient with the paperwork/exchange. However, it is a shame that their premises are far away from the centre of Singapore though and that the opening hours for the service centre do not include weekends or at least one late night a week - hard for those of us who work to be able to attend and address our issues. I recommend that they consider opening for a couple of hours one Sat or open late one night per week.

I cannot recommend this service enough. I have used them a number of times and the site is easy to navigate, they customer service is excellent, and they deliver canisters to your house the next day.

Our family can’t live without our Sodastream... we just upgraded to the Spirit and couldn’t be happier. The team gave us a discount and included a gas bottle and syrup when our old 4 year old Source wasn’t getting the job done. Really like that there are more resellers now and think the gas delivery service is the best !! Strongly recommend this product because there is such a good team behind it now!!
