PR & Marketing Assistant

This is a permanent full-time role. Candidate must be very comfortable
using IT systems to perform the role, eg. using Microsoft Office/Google
suite of software, etc.

The candidate will report to the Department Head and Supervisor, and the duties are:

• Marketing: Communication & Ordination to relevant parties as directed
• PR: Manage and coordinate press and PR activities and /or with PR company,
include meeting partners & relevant tasks
• Social Media: Strategies, propose and organised Social Media
• Social Media: Monitor,engage and respond to social media comments
• Online Contests and events: Organize online contests including seeding of
events (ideas, partnerships).
• Corporate Sales / Branding Sales: Involvement as and when needed
• Events/Trade show support: Be available to support the seasonal event or
special sales functions arranged by the company, which may fall on a weekend
day or public holiday, as necessary
• Ensure brand messages are consistent
• Gather and analyze customer insight
• Other work as directed by Department Head and Supervisor

Our working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 5:30pm. Salary will
commensurate with experience. Training will be provided. Only Singaporeans or PRs can apply.
