Delivery & Returns Policy

Our EXCHANGES timeframe has been extended during this COVID-19 season.
We will allow exchanges up to 14 days from date of purchase.

Delivery

We are happy to offer free local delivery for any order above $50. For orders below $50, a delivery fee of $8 applies to each order. And yes, we deliver to Sentosa too! There will be an additional surcharge of $12 for delivery into Sentosa (happy to share that this is waived till end Dec 2020).

Deliveries will take 1 to 3 business days. We do not deliver on Sundays & public holidays.

We seek your patience and understanding that all deliveries are at best effort basis due to road conditions/weather and other factors.

SPECIAL NOTE :  Please ensure that you are available at the time slot you have selected. For any change in your selected delivery time, there will be a re-delivery fee of $8 chargeable unless you notify us 24 hours before your scheduled time slot. An $8 fee is also chargeable in the event that your empty cylinders were unavailable for our collection which resulted in the need to re-deliver. We will always try to accommodate your request but there will be circumstances where your request cannot be fulfilled. We exercise reasonableness and request our customers of the same.

 

Returns

Exchanges

We will consider requests for product exchange for unopened and unused SodaStream products purchased within 7 days, and proof of purchase will be required in the form of a purchase receipt or the confirmation email you would have received when ordering online. This also applies for items you may have received as gifts.

Faulty Items:  Great care was taken to ensure that the SodaStream products were delivered to you in good condition and we are just as disappointed as you if the product you have received is compromised in any way. If you do experience problems with your newly purchased SodaStream makers, bottles, drink mixes and cylinders, please contact us with an explanation and video of the problem if possible, to speed up the processing of your case.

Wrong Items Received:  If you think you’ve received the wrong item or part of your order is missing, please contact us.

 

Warranty

All our makers come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your Sparkling Water Maker malfunctions within the warranty period, and we determine the problem is due to faulty workmanship or materials, SodaStream will either repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective product at no charge to the owner. SodaStream may replace your Sparkling Water Maker with a reconditioned Sparkling Water Maker, or an equivalent one if the model you purchased is no longer available. No refunds shall be given. The replacement products or repaired parts will be guaranteed for the remaining unexpired portion of the original warranty.

This warranty DOES NOT cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, improper maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear (eg. discolouration)
  • Commercial use
  • Maker problems caused by carbonation of liquids OTHER than (plain) water
  • Modification, disassembly or repair by a servicer other than SodaStream Singapore, or a SodaStream certified repair centre
  • Use of SodaStream makers with carbonation cylinders or carbonating bottles other than those approved by SodaStream for use with this maker
  • Damage resulting from use of an expired carbonating bottle
  • Carbonating bottles

 

Your SodaStream maker’s proper functioning and lifespan are only guaranteed with the carbonation of plain water, and the use of SodaStream bottles and carbonation cylinders.

SodaStream is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. The consumer's sole and exclusive remedy shall be repair or replacement according to the terms and conditions of this warranty.

We strongly encourage you to register for your warranty service upon purchase. Otherwise, you will be required to produce your official receipt or online reference details when seeking warranty service.

 

Return of CO2 Cylinders

The SodaStream Cylinder is provided under licence and remains the property of SodaStream. When you do not need the CO2 cylinders any longer, we have a global return policy where customers may return their empty CO2 cylinders without an exchange for a return fee of S$2.50 per cylinder as stated on the cylinders. This can be done at our Sparkling Center @Ubi, as well as our partner stores Sellfix DIY, ToTT, Home360, Parisilk, and Zicom.
