It was extremely easy to order, and the delivery arrived at the right time. It would be great if there could be an easier way to identify if the has bottle is getting empty (e.g., with some mark appearing, making sound when shaken, etc)

Here’s an easy way to check if your cylinder still has gas: if you have a kitchen scale, weigh the cylinder around 800g or below means it’s empty, and around 1100g means it’s full. Thank you for your support and for choosing SodaStream!!

Expiry dates of soda syrups are less than 2 months.

With the trade in available, decide to move to the newer version. Easier installation of the canister. Nice blue color and the press button function move smoother than the old one I have.

Recently, I made a mistake in booking for the exchange of my cylinders, and I had called very early to tell them of my mistake. They were good to change my date to a later exchange date. That was good service, but I am surprised I am still charged $8 for the change of date. Your communication is all via WhatsApp, so what cost was involved.

Do allow us to share that we're using a 3rd party logistics team which prepares (pick, pack & load orders onto vehicle) orders the day before a scheduled delivery & charges accordingly. Due to this, any rescheduling requests made lesser than 24 hours prior to a scheduled delivery will incur a redelivery fee of $8 (this includes repacking & processing fees)
We will be able to reschedule the delivery for you to 1st Sep once we receive the payment confirmation from you. Do refer to our WhatsApp message for the payment details.

I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts on the recent trade-in I completed with Art for my Genesis.
While I appreciate the new appearance of the unit, which features only a lever upgrade, I must express that it doesn’t appear significantly better than what I had before. The overall outlook remains quite basic and unremarkable, lacking any substantial enhancements.
On the functionality side, it does still fulfill its intended purpose, and the end result is consistent with my previous experience. However, I was hoping for more innovation or added features that would elevate its performance or usability.
Additionally, there was some confusion regarding the origin of the product. The representative who assisted me mentioned that it was made in the Netherlands; however, upon examining the packaging and product itself, it clearly states that it is made in Israel. This discrepancy has left me feeling somewhat misled.
I believe transparent communication is essential for customer satisfaction and trust. Therefore, I urge you to address these concerns so future customers can have a clearer understanding of what to expect.

Fizzing your water by clicking your carbonating bottle into place instead of tediously screwing on the bottle is also a plus in our opinion! We do appreciate your suggestions for design and feature improvements — we’ll share them with our product team.

Like that the mix is actually less sweet than traditional carbonated drinks which makes for a good alternative. Wish there were a few more flavors tho
