Just when I bought new cylinders, the machine broke down. And there is no way to get refund for these sealed unused cylinders.

I went to the repair center to change a defective O Ring. Nothing unsual. Very unpleasant experience: (1) the repair centre is barely open, with days-off, Need to take appointment only during weeK days, and even closed on Saturday. I had to take some time off from my work. (2) a simple o Ring replacement cost an outragrous SGD 110 !. (flat price) - not worth the repair - I end-up having to replace my electric sodastream at a cost of SGD 160 (graciously discounted)
Net-net: for a o-ring change, I paid SGD 160 and end-up with a lower model (manual instead of electric). in addition, I have crews gaz refill that doesn't work anymore, and cannot exchange them in shop (no one to one exchange)! I have to go to repair centre.... How more annoying can it be??

For repairs, the fee for the cordless maker is $85, and for the electric model, it’s $130. We understand your frustration but need to explain that although is a small part that's need to be repaired, the entire component needs to be changed, the cost also include labour and material cost.
If you have a full and sealed blue cylinder, we’d be happy to offer an exchange at no charge as this is a special value added service for our returning customers and can only be done at our service center.
However we have 30 over retails partner stores located island wide for your convenience if you wish to purchase an exchange Co2 for $29.50 each.

Purchased 12 new bottles and received all of them reused and in sub-par condition. 11 of the 12 threads were worn out. Disappointing!

Bad delivery and customer service experience. Automatically assumed the wrong things and put blame on customer and requires a lot of effort to clear the situation to reach a resolution. Delivery company used is very poor in communication.
