The service personnel at the Oxley Hub was very personable and helpful. It was a great experience! However, the online service is virtually nonexistent. The person didn’t even bother to reply to my email after the initial contact. I will not bother with online order after this, and I will definitely be switching to another brand of sparkling water once I get problems with my current machine. I only switched to Soda Stream because it was difficult to get refill canisters for my older machine. I shall be on the lookout for another brand to try!

When I traded in my 10-year-old Sodastream Source for a new Art, I had one of the best customer service experiences ever at the Sodastream office. All the staff were genuinely triendly. And special praise goes to Christine as she patiently took all my questions during earlier phone calls, and was just as helpful, polite, information, and thoughtful when I met her in person at the office.
The new Sodastream Art is an even better experience and high recommend it to all.

On hot days when I constantly crave something refreshing to drink, having a SodaStream at home is absolutely amazing. I can make my own fizzy drinks anytime I want, and even customize the level of carbonation to match my taste. I’ve been using soda stream, spirit model for years and I went down to their HQ for a trade in for their new model today. Christine is very patient in letting us know the difference between the different machines, and also letting us try the difference in the sparkles.

Replacement of the gas bottles is super easy. Hang the old bottles at you door, and they will be replaced at the promised timing.
Having a fizzy liquid has been always my favorite drink, but now it's even with less sugar & calories. I might even lose some kgs ;-)

I got this for 50$ after discount but Shopee was selling at 70+$ for 2 bottles. I could not cancel the order as they will charge 4% cancellation fee. So no choice haha
