HOW DOES THIS GAS PLAN WORK:

1. Choose the Gas Plan

Click on the Annual Plan you would like to purchase - 6, 12, or 24 CO2 and make payment.
You will then receive 2 emails confirming your order and the credits issued to your account.

2. Using the Gas Plan Credit

Your Gas Plan credits will reflect in your account within minutes.
Place your order of Exchange cylinders as you would normally. Gas Plan credits will automatically apply at the checkout page.
We will deliver CO₂ Gas cylinders to you. To avoid any delivery cost, you may want to ensure you have at least 2 cylinders for exchange when using this plan to enjoy free shipping by meeting minimum order amount for weekday deliveries only. You can order more Spare cylinders here.
During the validity period of your plan, you can order for any number of cylinders to be exchanged. However, you would be required to return the corresponding number of empty CO2.

3. Get ready for delivery!

Swap the same number of empty CO₂ gas cylinders as what you have ordered for when the delivery guy arrives at your door-step.

*Please note that you will have to initiate the order after purchasing the plan. Once subscribed, we will not be able to cancel the plan.

How does the subscription plan work?

A yearly supply of up to 24 cylinders delivered to your door.
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $59 (min. 2 CO₂ Cylinders) for weekday deliveries. A small $6 fee applies for Saturday deliveries.
After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your account will be credited with the Gas Plan credits. For ordering, login as usual, select Exchange CO2 (either Pink or Blue), without making any payment. Credits will automatically apply at the checkout page.

Does purchasing a plan include physical cylinders?

No. The plan provides credits. You must place separate orders to receive cylinders.

Golden Tip: Swap at least 2 empty cylinders to meet minimum order amount to qualify for free door-to-door delivery (on weekdays)!

Will my subscription plan auto renew?

No. You may sign up for another Plan once your existing ends.

How and when will the gas cylinders be delivered to me as a subscriber to the Subscription Plan?

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your Sodastream.sg account will be credited with the Gas Plan credits.

There will be no delivery for purchase of Subscription Plan. For ordering, log on to SodaStream.sg, select Exchange CO2 (either Pink or Blue), without making any payment. Credits will automatically apply at the checkout page.

You will be REQUIRED to handover the same number of empty cylinders to our driver.

What happens if i change my address?

Your subscription plan isn’t tied to a specific delivery address. When you place your next refill order, you’ll be prompted to enter the delivery address. Please note that we deliver within Singapore only.

What happens if I am unable to finish the remaining CO2 Gas Cylinders within 12 months? Can I roll over the remaining CO2 Gas Cylinders?

All Annual CO2 Gas Plans will lapse after 12 months from the date of purchase. In order to provide additional flexibility to customers who may not be able to consume Expired CO2 Gas Cylinders credits during the current term of their CO2 Gas Plan, SodaStream allows you to roll unused credits over to a new package when you buy one within 2 months from the date of expiry.
