EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY POLICY

We will entertain requests for product exchange for unopened and unused SodaStream products purchased within 7 days, and  proof of purchase  will be required in the form of a purchase receipt or the confirmation email you would have received when ordering online. This also applies for items you may have received as a gift. 

Faulty Items:  Great care was taken to ensure that the SodaStream products were delivered to you in good condition. However, if you do experience problems with your newly purchased SodaStream machines, bottles, syrups and cylinders, please read below.

Please email Sparkingwater@komoinc.com, or send a WhatsApp or text message to +65-9009-0488 with an explanation and video of the problem if possible, to speed up the processing of your case.  

If your product is still under its one year warranty from date of purchase, SodaStream Singapore will either repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective product at no charge to the owner.  Please note that the replacement products or repaired parts will be guaranteed for only the remaining unexpired portion of the original warranty.  If the model you purchased is no longer available, SodaStream may replace your unit with an equivalent machine or model. This warranty does NOT apply to any defect or fault resulting from accident, misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. 

This warranty DOES NOT cover:

  • Abuse, mis-use, or commercial use
  • Machine problems caused by carbonation of liquids OTHER than (plain) water
  • Modification, disassembly or repair by a servicer other than SodaStream Singapore, or a SodaStream certified repair center.
  • Use of SodaStream machines with carbonation cylinders or carbonating bottles other than those approved by SodaStream for use with this machine.

Your SodaStream machine’s proper functioning and lifetime are only guaranteed with the carbonation of water, and the use of SodaStream bottles and carbonation cylinders. Any defects or breakages of the machine arising from the carbonation of liquids other than water, non-use of SodaStream’s bottles and cylinders, and other mis-use of the product will not be covered by the product warranty.

Please prepare your official receipt or online reference details, which will be used for verification purposes.
