I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts on the recent trade-in I completed with Art for my Genesis.
While I appreciate the new appearance of the unit, which features only a lever upgrade, I must express that it doesn’t appear significantly better than what I had before. The overall outlook remains quite basic and unremarkable, lacking any substantial enhancements.
On the functionality side, it does still fulfill its intended purpose, and the end result is consistent with my previous experience. However, I was hoping for more innovation or added features that would elevate its performance or usability.
Additionally, there was some confusion regarding the origin of the product. The representative who assisted me mentioned that it was made in the Netherlands; however, upon examining the packaging and product itself, it clearly states that it is made in Israel. This discrepancy has left me feeling somewhat misled.
I believe transparent communication is essential for customer satisfaction and trust. Therefore, I urge you to address these concerns so future customers can have a clearer understanding of what to expect.

Fizzing your water by clicking your carbonating bottle into place instead of tediously screwing on the bottle is also a plus in our opinion! When I traded in my 10-year-old Sodastream Source for a new Art, I had one of the best customer service experiences ever at the Sodastream office. All the staff were genuinely triendly. And special praise goes to Christine as she patiently took all my questions during earlier phone calls, and was just as helpful, polite, information, and thoughtful when I met her in person at the office.
The new Sodastream Art is an even better experience and high recommend it to all.

I’ve been using soda stream, spirit model for years and I went down to their HQ for a trade in for their new model today. Christine is very patient in letting us know the difference between the different machines, and also letting us try the difference in the sparkles.

Received in good condition. Fast delivery but delivered to the wrong unit. Thank God my kind neighbor sent it back to us. I would say Sodastream Art Sparkling Water Marker is good and happy with my purchase. I even recommended it to my sister and friends. The only disappointment was their courier service, damn bad and lousy! 1st, item sent to wrong unit and almost lost it. Secondly, ordered 6 bottles of Sodastream syrups and supposed to send it to me on the date I chose but was informed on the actual day that they were not be able to deliver them to me due to some system error. Lastly, after making new delivery date but items was not able to send to me on time! Courier guy informed me that they will be slightly late due to some traffic jam. I’m fine and gave in but after waiting for few hours, items still not deliver to me! Texted them that I had an appointment and needs to go out by 5:30pm and was told by them that they couldn’t deliver to me by 5:30pm. Didn’t know traffic jam for that long! Then what’s the point of choosing the time slot? Ended up, I have to cancel my appointment just because of their bad service!! This happened 3 times within 3 days!! Other than that, this water maker is good.

The ART sodastream is so easy to use, it makes my family drink much more water now than before. I normally add a few slices of lemon for a tasty quencher. On some days, I make ginger beer or even apple cider soda for a change. Really no regrets buying it.
