Do you accept other manufacturer’s CO2 cylinders?
We accept ALL NON SODASTREAM CO2 CYLINDERS that are compatible with SodaStream Permit SU 13857, specifically DOT 3AL, TC/3ALM and UN ISO 7866 Cylinders. You can find this information on the cylinder etched below the neck. ACCEPTED: Indigo, SodaSense, Aarke, Ninja Thirsti, SimpliSoda, Drinkmate and Ultima Cosa.
Where can I find the shipping label to exchange my cylinders?
A free return shipping label is included with your delivery. If you no longer have it, you can download a replacement from My Account.
Do I have to be home to receive my order?
No. Signature is not required upon delivery, so you do not need to be home to receive your order.
What do you mean by exchange?
CO2 cylinders create the bubbles. After some time, the CO2 cylinder runs out of CO2. We offer an exchange process in which you get a new CO2 cylinder in exchange for your empty one.
How does a cylinder exchange work?
Select your cylinder quantity and place an order. We deliver full cylinders with a return box and free mail return label. Replace the empty cylinder in your sparkling water maker, then pack the empties and send them back within 90 days. The return shipment is on us.
