I had an issue with my product, and the team at SodaStream Singapore were excellent in helping me resolve it efficiently and honoring the warranty. Their customer service was responsive and supportive throughout the process.
My only concern is that the replacement unit does not appear to come with even minimal warranty coverage. This feels like a gap, as a replacement could also be faulty, and there doesn’t seem to be any provision for that scenario.
Hopefully, the unit works perfectly, but adding some level of warranty on replacements would make an otherwise great customer experience even stronger.

Our warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase, and within this period, if there is any issue with the machine, we will provide a 1-to-1 replacement under the same warranty coverage.
This is also a common practice across many companies, unless an extended warranty is purchased. At the moment, we do not offer extended warranty for this range, as it is designed for home use rather than heavy-duty appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, or microwaves.

My first encounter with SodaStream was almost 10 years ago - the office was gifted one from a vendor we worked closely with and I used it everyday at 3pm after lunch for an afternoon pick me up.
Found out that I was the only one who actually enjoyed using it that the office asked me to take it home. It served me well until it could no longer be used and I finally got down to purchasing its replacement. I love the convenience of having my own soda water maker at home as it saves space, is an eco friendly option, and more economical as compared to purchasing cans or glass bottles of soda water. And of course, easy to use & care for since it doesn’t require a plug in.
If you, too, enjoy a 3pm post lunch bubbly (without the alcohol), I highly recommend purchasing one for your happiness.

I purchased the SodaStream machine about a year ago. Something broke on it and it was still under warranty, although I couldn’t remember registering it or retaining the receipt. The staff at SodaStream were so kind as to track down the warranty details and arrange a free replacement unit. So nice of them

Been using it for a few weeks now, my kids and husband loved their sparking water.
Terra is non electric automation. Hence can put anywhere in the hse! Design is simple and compact. I have placed it in my coffee table!
The favoured syrups are good mixes to have. Taste sooo good during hot weather.
My family usage:
Syrups drinks 6-7pumps
Sparking water 3-4pumps

Expiry dates of soda syrups are less than 2 months.

With the trade in available, decide to move to the newer version. Easier installation of the canister. Nice blue color and the press button function move smoother than the old one I have.

I've just bought my second machine and a third large bottle so that I can take one to the office with me. Hands down, this is my favourite kitchen gizmo. Also, I love being able to control how much fizz goes into my water. Somedays stronger, somedays less. Always perfect.
