I had an issue with my product, and the team at SodaStream Singapore were excellent in helping me resolve it efficiently and honoring the warranty. Their customer service was responsive and supportive throughout the process.
My only concern is that the replacement unit does not appear to come with even minimal warranty coverage. This feels like a gap, as a replacement could also be faulty, and there doesn’t seem to be any provision for that scenario.
Hopefully, the unit works perfectly, but adding some level of warranty on replacements would make an otherwise great customer experience even stronger.

Our warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase, and within this period, if there is any issue with the machine, we will provide a 1-to-1 replacement under the same warranty coverage.
This is also a common practice across many companies, unless an extended warranty is purchased. At the moment, we do not offer extended warranty for this range, as it is designed for home use rather than heavy-duty appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, or microwaves.

My first encounter with SodaStream was almost 10 years ago - the office was gifted one from a vendor we worked closely with and I used it everyday at 3pm after lunch for an afternoon pick me up.
Found out that I was the only one who actually enjoyed using it that the office asked me to take it home. It served me well until it could no longer be used and I finally got down to purchasing its replacement. I love the convenience of having my own soda water maker at home as it saves space, is an eco friendly option, and more economical as compared to purchasing cans or glass bottles of soda water. And of course, easy to use & care for since it doesn’t require a plug in.
If you, too, enjoy a 3pm post lunch bubbly (without the alcohol), I highly recommend purchasing one for your happiness.

I purchased the SodaStream machine about a year ago. Something broke on it and it was still under warranty, although I couldn’t remember registering it or retaining the receipt. The staff at SodaStream were so kind as to track down the warranty details and arrange a free replacement unit. So nice of them

Been using it for a few weeks now, my kids and husband loved their sparking water.
Terra is non electric automation. Hence can put anywhere in the hse! Design is simple and compact. I have placed it in my coffee table!
The favoured syrups are good mixes to have. Taste sooo good during hot weather.
My family usage:
Syrups drinks 6-7pumps
Sparking water 3-4pumps

Expiry dates of soda syrups are less than 2 months.

With the trade in available, decide to move to the newer version. Easier installation of the canister. Nice blue color and the press button function move smoother than the old one I have.

my previous soda stream has broken so I bought new one. TERRA. It's improved, very stylish and easy to use. just put water and push bobble button. only 10 second I can drink soda water.

The ART Sparkling Water Maker celebrates the art of making your own fresh sparkling beverages at home. With a push of the lever, turn flat water into fresh sparkling water and customize it to your liking.
SodaStream Genesis and Spirit both of the model are sleek and modern design can fit in any kitchen countertop. With Genesis you have to screw the bottle in or the twist-on-mechanism to secure the carbonating bottle. The Spirit comes with a snap lock easy bottle insertion mechanism and comes with the slimline fuse bottle.
By pressing the carbonating button in firm short bursts, you’re able to control the amount of fizz from a gentle bubble to a stronger bubble blast.
The One Touch™ is our electric model. It has 3 sparkle presets for automatic carbonation levels, so everyone in the family can easily prepare sparkling water to their taste.
We are happy to offer free local delivery for any order above $50. For orders below $50, a delivery fee of $8 applies to each order. And yes, we deliver to Sentosa too! There will be an additional surcharge of $12 for delivery into Sentosa (happy to share that this is waived till 30 Sep 2022). Deliveries will take up to 2 business days. We do not deliver on Sundays & public holidays. When you place your items in the cart, you will be able to see the next possible delivery slot.
We will consider requests for product exchange for unopened and unused SodaStream products purchased within 7 days, and proof of purchase will be required in the form of a purchase receipt or the confirmation email you would have received when ordering online. This also applies for items you may have received as gifts. Great care was taken to ensure that the SodaStream products were delivered to you in good condition and we are just as disappointed as you if the product you have received is compromised in any way.
Yes! SodaStream manufactures our home sparkling water makers to exacting specifications and therefore we are able to offer a 1-year international warranty to our customers. However, as of 15 Jun 2022, ALL Spirit models come with a 2-year international warranty. Please keep your receipt in a safe place. For easy service, it is recommended that you register your Sparkling Water Maker upon purchase.Terms and conditionsapply.
The warranty does not cover accidental misuse of your sparkling water maker. You may consider having your maker repaired at a fee of $85 or take advantage of our trade in discount to get a brand new maker. Please contact our Customer Service for more information.
