WHAT'S INCLUDED – Credits for 12 CO₂ Gas Exchange Cylinders to be utilized over a 12-month period (no physical cylinders will be sent to you). After successfully purchasing the credits, your NEXT step would be to place order for the Exchange cylinders here).
NOTE when placing your next order of Exchange Cylinders:
- For each exchange CO2 or refill ordered, an empty cylinder must be returned at the time of delivery.
- Enjoy FREE shipping on orders over $59 (minimum 2 CO₂ Exchange Cylinders) for weekday deliveries.
HOW DOES THIS GAS PLAN WORK:
1. Choose the Gas Plan
- Click on the Annual Plan you would like to purchase - 6, 12, or 24 CO2 and make payment.
- You will then receive 2 emails confirming your order and the credits issued to your account.
2. Using the Gas Plan Credit
- Your Gas Plan credits will reflect in your account within minutes.
- Place your order of Exchange cylinders as you would normally. Gas Plan credits will automatically apply at the checkout page.
- We will deliver CO₂ Gas cylinders to you. To avoid any delivery cost, you may want to ensure you have at least 2 cylinders for exchange when using this plan to enjoy free shipping by meeting minimum order amount for weekday deliveries only. You can order more Spare cylinders here.
- During the validity period of your plan, you can order for any number of cylinders to be exchanged. However, you would be required to return the corresponding number of empty CO2.
3. Get ready for delivery!
- Swap the same number of empty CO₂ gas cylinders as what you have ordered for when the delivery guy arrives at your door-step.
*Please note that you will have to initiate the order after purchasing the plan. Once subscribed, we will not be able to cancel the plan.

- Every cylinder is checked and packed and shipped back to factory for triple checked quality control including sanitizing before infilling of CO2.
- SodaStream has secured, over many years of flawless operation, recognition from the world’s leading regulatory and safety authorities. These include: TUV, Swiss TS, DOT USA, TC Canada, Lloyds, GS, UL and others.
- Our cylinder plant operates under an ISO 9001:2008 Quality Assurance system that is certified and regularly audited by Lloyds Register.
- Every Batch of Co2 that we use is sent to external laboratories for testing to ensure that there are no contaminants.
- Only the original SodaStream CO2 may be used with your SodaStream makers. Your warranty will be void when you use 3rd parties CO2. Since 1903, our beginning-to-end stringent quality control guarantees your maker and your safety.
SodaStream's carbon dioxide cylinders are Food Grade certified by the European Union with the highest standards of manufacturing, very light aluminium, weighing only 1.2 kg each, containing food grade 425 grams of carbon dioxide gas, with exclusive safety valve patents, each carbon dioxide cylinder can produce up to about 50-60 litres of bubble water, easy disassembly and safe!

Our territory license agreement in Singapore does not include CO2 cylinders for some makers from Australia and New Zealand. These cylinders use a specific cylinder thread (on top of the cylinder), which are exclusively different from the rest of the world.
Should your current maker fall into this group, we do provide a Trade-in Programme for you to continue to enjoy your sparkling water! As for your AUS/NZ CO2 Cylinders, we will be able to swap them like usual for new ones when you order these Exchange CO2 cylinders.

Replace the empty cylinder in your sparkling water maker and enjoy fresh bubbly drinks at home. Don't forget to return the empty cylinders within 90 days.
Box it up
Pack the empty cylinders with the caps in the reusable box. Securely close the locking tabs and tape the box shut.
Attach return label
Attach the free return label to the reusable box. Don't have your label? You can download it from My Account.
Schedule your return
Click on the Return CO₂ button, fill in the required information, and schedule the time and place that work best for you. The return shipment is on us!

All Annual CO2 Gas Plans will lapse after 12 months from the date of purchase. You may extend the validity of your unused credits by purchasing a new gas plan within 2 months from the date of expiry of the old plan.
