Delivery was within the timeframe, will be great if it could be shorter like other delivery services (2 to 3 hours), rather than 6 hours. The process was smooth, the staff just needed to take a picture of the old Co2.

I was given Soda Stream as a gift recently, I really like having bubbly drinks. I am saving a lot now instead of buying Perrier on a regular basis, I just subscribe to Soda Stream gas plan. Gas Plan has savings but I hope the discount amount will be greater. The competitors gas charges are a lot cheaper and the canisters are disposable. Soda Stream , hope you make your gas plan priced more affordable.

punctual delivery as compared to previous deliveries. mixer drinks are packed well into a box and arrives in good condition unlike previous orders which had spilled mixers. got mixers at good discount cos of coming expiry but its still safe for consuming.

The refills were delivered the following day and the driver took the old bottles - no fuss or hassle. As long as I ordered two refills together, there wasn't even a delivery fee. Very convenient :)

Been using it for a few weeks now, my kids and husband loved their sparking water.
Terra is non electric automation. Hence can put anywhere in the hse! Design is simple and compact. I have placed it in my coffee table!
The favoured syrups are good mixes to have. Taste sooo good during hot weather.
My family usage:
Syrups drinks 6-7pumps
Sparking water 3-4pumps

It was extremely easy to order, and the delivery arrived at the right time. It would be great if there could be an easier way to identify if the has bottle is getting empty (e.g., with some mark appearing, making sound when shaken, etc)

Here’s an easy way to check if your cylinder still has gas: if you have a kitchen scale, weigh the cylinder around 800g or below means it’s empty, and around 1100g means it’s full. Thank you for your support and for choosing SodaStream!!

Expiry dates of soda syrups are less than 2 months.
